I'm the CEO & Founder of The Biz People, a holistic business coach and a Vision Logistics Strategist — I help entrepreneurs develop a strong vision, create the logistics around it, and build the strategy behind it. I've spent years in business development, strategic planning, and operations, and here's what I've learned watching brilliant women pour everything into their businesses: it's almost never a lack of drive that holds them back. Feel Clear Before You Build
How often will we meet, and how much one-on-one time do I get?
In CEO Bootcamp and CEO Steady Foundations, we meet session by session, and every session is one-on-one and built entirely around you and your business. Coaching and strategy aren't things we "finish" in a few weeks — each session is designed to compound on the last, like an artist adding layers to a canvas. That's what makes the work intentional and truly yours rather than rushed.
Can I get more time in a session?
Yes. Standard sessions are one hour, but if an hour doesn't feel like enough, you're welcome to book a 90-minute session so we can go deeper.
Whose job is it to schedule our sessions?
Yours. Owning your calendar is one of the first real habits of stepping into the CEO role — so your next session should always be booked before we lose momentum. I'll always show up prepared; getting us on the calendar is your part.
What role does AI play in the program?
We live in an AI world, and learning to use AI to do your work and build your business is now essential to succeeding as an owner. AI isn't replacing your effort — it's a tool every serious CEO relies on. My job is to teach you how to think strategically and objectively, and to direct AI well. The thinking, the vision, and the decisions are always yours.
Who sets my deadlines and milestones?
You do — because you're the business owner. My role isn't to hand you your milestones; it's to teach you how to set your own deadlines, define your own milestones, and hold yourself accountable for your growth. That skill is what separates a CEO from an employee, and you are fully capable of building it.
How long until I really "get" all of this?
Fully grasping how to run and grow a business takes a minimum of one year — in the best way, it's like going back to school. Our programs are focused and intensive, and within them we get through all the essential basics: the strong foundation everything else is built on. Please be patient and gentle with yourself. Steady progress compounds.
What will this program actually teach me?
How to think, strategize, build, organize, and manage your time as a CEO. You'll leave with a stronger foundation and, more importantly, a new way of thinking about your business and your role in it.
Why don't you use templates?
Because templates give you someone else's business. It's far better for us to create unique systems and tools that showcase exactly what you want seen. Templates are faster, but custom-built systems are what set your brand and your business apart.
What am I responsible for between sessions?
Trying first. I'll always ask you to attempt the work yourself before we review it together. That "try first, review after" rhythm is how you actually build the muscle and grow into ownership. Come to each session with your attempts, your questions, and your progress — that's where the real breakthroughs happen.
Do you send emails and resources? Should I read them?
Yes — throughout the month I send emails to all of my clients with resources, recommendations, and important information. Please read them. They often contain guidance designed specifically to support you between sessions.
What if I feel overwhelmed or behind?
That's normal, and it's welcome. Bring it to me directly — I'd always rather you tell me how you're feeling than carry it alone. Feeling stretched usually means you're growing. We'll simplify, re-prioritize, and keep moving at a pace that's sustainable for you.
